We advise developers of both large and small projects, as well as lenders, Her Majesty’s Government of Gibraltar and construction companies. Having been involved in over 90% of the developments which have been built in Gibraltar in the last 10 years, our expertise ranges from advice on JCT/FIDIC contracts, to advising clients with any issues that arise during the planning phase, the construction phase or indeed post-construction. Our litigation team is also well placed to assist on any disputes which arise and have been involved in several landmark judgments and adjudications recently.

The team assists clients in matters of development finance where we can assist on both the financing side and the construction elements when liaising with financing institutions.
