Hassans’ partners appointed Queen’s Counsel

Peter Montegriffo, Lewis Baglietto and John Restano, all partners of Hassans, were appointed to the rank of Queen’s Counsel on 12 June 2014. Chief Minister Fabian Picardo has also been appointed.

Peter Montegriffo who is a partner in the firm’s commercial department was recognised for his outstanding non-litigation practice. Litigation partners, Lewis Baglietto (Head of Litigation) and John Restano have been recognised for their outstanding litigation practices.

The firm’s senior partner, James Levy CBE QC, commented:

“I am delighted with the appointments of Peter, Lewis and John to the rank of Queen’s Counsel which are a well-deserved recognition of their excellence within their fields. I also extend my congratulations to the Chief Minister”.
