A short but important judgment was handed down in the Supreme Court of Gibraltar today.
The Court has confirmed that judgments of the English and Welsh High Court continue to be enforceable as of right in Gibraltar under Council Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012, which Gibraltar has retained post-Brexit.
