Hassans advises Balaena Group, the owner of Gibdock, on acquisition of APCL Group.

Hassans is pleased to have advised Balaena Group a Gibraltar based group (owners of Gibdock) on the acquisition of British marine engineering company APCL Group, which operates three ship repair yards in the UK.
