BoXX United completes registration as a VASP with the GFSC

Congratulations to our client BoXX United (https://boxxunited.com/) for successfully applying for registration as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) with the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (GFSC) allowing them to sell their KiXX fan token out of Gibraltar.

Purchasing KiXX tokens allows fans, sponsors and companies to support their favourite sports club or athlete ultimately giving sports clubs and athletes additional opportunities to achieve their ultimate goals.

The VASP registration is pursuant to the Proceeds of Crime Act (Relevant Financial Business) (Registration) Regulations 2021 which is compliant with the FATF recommendations and guidance on VASPs. The registration is focused on AML compliance.

Gibraltar, and Hassans, continues to lead the way in the crypto space. The ability to undertake a registered token sale from Gibraltar is extremely appealing to founders who want to build their projects in a compliant manner.
