Nikhil is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Team, having joined the firm in early 2023.
Nikhil works alongside Daniel Feetham KC and Darren Martinez on a wide variety of contentious legal work, with a particular focus on commercial and insolvency litigation. He has worked at the centre of a number of prominent cases of this nature, ranging from high-value cryptocurrency thefts to cross-border insolvency claims. His practice also extends to property and personal injury claims, as well as family/matrimonial and employment disputes.
Examples of Nikhil’s recent work include:
- Miracle World Ventures Ltd (Globix) – the liquidation of a collapsed BVI-registered crypto trader and potential claims against its directors, as published in the Financial Times.
- Green Realisations 123 Ltd v MCE – the application for an administration order and subsequent representation of the Joint Administrators in all aspects of the administration, including the investigation of potential claims against the officers of the company.
- Braganza II AB v Domain Ventures Ltd – the handling of claims arising out of the collapse of a major domain name acquisition and development company.
Aside from his litigation practice, Nikhil has experience in wills, estate planning and gaming matters, having spent time working in the firm’s Private Client and Corporate & Commercial Teams.
An alumnus of the University of Reading, Nikhil undertook a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons), graduating with honours in 2021, before going on to complete a Master of Laws in Professional Legal Practice (LPC LLM) with The University of Law in 2022. He has since completed the Professional Certificate of Competence in Gibraltar Law in 2024.
Nikhil was admitted and enrolled as a Solicitor (and acting Barrister) of the Supreme Court of Gibraltar in March 2025, and subsequently admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales that same year.
