A Joint Honours graduate in French and Spanish, Maxi completed the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law in London.
Maxi was promoted to Partner, effective from July 2013, and advises on a number of Private Client and Corporate and Commercial matters in particular corporate restructures and acquisitions. He regularly advises on the establishment of offshore structures and operations corporate, specialising in restructuring, sales, acquisitions and cross-border transactions.
Maxi is a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple and was called to the Bar in England & Wales in 2005.
