Jesse Monteverde

Jesse Monteverde is an Associate at Hassans and joined the firm in 2018. He currently forms part of Richard Buttigieg’s team in the Corporate and Commercial Department. Jesse has also assisted various other partners in different departments and, although being involved predominantly in commercial matters, has assisted in various litigation and private client matters.

Jesse regularly assists clients with all aspects connected to the setting up of businesses and charities in Gibraltar. During his training contract, Jesse has assisted with various matters, including:

• Assistance with numerous trade licence applications for clients in various industries;
• Assistance with the setting up and restructuring of charities;
• Assistance with the drafting of legislation; and
• Assistance with the purchase and registration of yachts.

Jesse completed both his LL.B in Law with Business and the Legal Practice Course in Nottingham Trent University.
