Callum Martin

Callum is a corporate & finance associate at Hassans, working within teams led by Isaac Levy and Vikram Nagrani.  Having joined Hassans as a Trainee Solicitor in 2023, Callum was admitted as a solicitor of England and Wales in September 2025 and is currently pursuing dual admission in Gibraltar.*

Callum frequently assists with a diverse range of local and international transactional matters, including:

• debt financing transactions (primarily leveraged & acquisition financing; project financing, and real estate financing);
• private mergers & acquisitions;
• corporate restructures and share capital reductions; and
• general corporate advisory.

Callum’s also assists with a number of private client matters, such as the structuring of personal wealth and business assets for high-net-worth individuals and families, including a number of globally notable families.

Education

A proud alumnus of Newcastle University, Callum graduated with First-Class Honours in Law (International Legal Studies) LLB in 2022, completing his final year at the University of California, Davis. He further advanced his education by earning a Distinction in a Master of Laws in Legal Practice (Solicitor) at BPP University in 2023, during which he successfully passed the SRA’s Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) 1 & 2.
