Callum Martin

Callum joined Hassans in 2023 as a Trainee Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial department. He currently works within teams led by Isaac Levy and Vikram Nagrani, offering support on a diverse range of local and international corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and financing transactions.

Callum’s practice frequently extends to assisting high-net-worth individuals and their families with the structuring of personal wealth and business assets, providing guidance to clients, including a globally notable family.

During his training contract, Callum also gained valuable experience in the Litigation department, working alongside Lewis Baglietto KC, Daniel Feetham KC, and Darren Martinez on various insolvency and commercial disputes.

A proud alumnus of Newcastle University, Callum graduated with First-Class Honours in Law (International Legal Studies) LLB in 2022, completing his final year at the University of California, Davis. He further advanced his education by earning a Distinction in a Master of Laws in Legal Practice (Solicitor) at BPP University in 2023, during which he successfully passed the SRA’s Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) 1 & 2.

Since commencing his legal career at Hassans, Callum has continued to advance his professional development by completing the University of Law’s Professional Skills Course and achieving a Distinction for the University of Gibraltar’s Professional Certificate of Competence in Gibraltar Law
