Sports regulation in Gibraltar - the challenges ahead

With the ratification of a Treaty between the EU and the UK in relation to Gibraltar eagerly awaited early in 2026, the regulation of sports in Gibraltar faces unique and interesting challenges. Here’s what Hassans' Partners Ian Felice and Matthew Torres have to say about this in their editorial in the December 2025 issue of Sports Law & Taxation.
