Dear Daughter...

Co-written by myself and Fiona Young, as mothers of 13 year old girls, a letter to our daughters on #IWD2023 with the aim of helping them navigate their future world as a woman, both in life generally and in the workplace. It draws on our own experiences and challenges, and whilst our own daughters quite rightly have very strong ideas as to how they see their future lives shaping, we hope a little of our insights will resonate and can drawn on themselves as they face their teenage years and navigate through friendship, school, further education, relationships and the workplace.

It's been a very fulfilling process and we hope you enjoy reading and hopefully sharing with your own children.
