Gibraltar Law Update - COVID-19

Gibraltar is adapting quickly to the difficulties we are facing and businesses and Her Majesty's Government of Gibraltar are introducing new measures to assist. 

My colleagues Meera Aswani, David Montegriffo and I have collaborated to provide you with a summary of the new measures introduced including social distancing, employment and property matters. We have also reviewed areas of contract law and the Gibraltar Law position in areas which we hope will provide you with clarity such as the validity of electronic signatures and an analysis of force majeure clauses.
