Jesse Monteverde

Jesse Monteverde is a Senior Associate in the Firm’s Tax Advisory Team and one of our leading advisors for people who want to set up businesses in Gibraltar or relocate to Gibraltar. Since joining in 2018, Jesse spent seven years in the Firm’s Commercial Team during which time he led many end-to-end business set ups across various sectors in Gibraltar, ensuring compliance with the varying regulatory licencing and registration requirements as well as assisting clients with their commercial matters generally.

Jesse now forms part of the Tax Advisory Team, led by Grahame Jackson, and regularly advises on local personal tax matters. Jesse is a one-stop-shop when it comes to relocating to Gibraltar, whether an individual is looking to relocate with their family and set up a business in Gibraltar or, is relocating as part an employment opportunity. Jesse regularly assists on all legal and practical aspects connected to Category 2 and High Executive Possessing Specialist Skills (HEPSS) applications providing a full service.

Jesse obtained his LLB in Law with Business, and subsequently, his Legal Practice Course, at Nottingham Trent University. He has also completed the Gibraltar Tax Course at the University of Gibraltar and is currently undertaking the Chartered Institute of Taxation Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT).

Jesse is a member of the Gibraltar Tax Advisors Association and currently sits on the Gibraltar Housing Tribunal.
