Tamara is a Trainee Solicitor undertaking her initial seat within the Corporate and Commercial Department under the supervision of Richard Buttigieg and his team. In her current role, she actively contributes to the drafting and preparation of corporate and commercial contracts and the establishment of new businesses.

She has substantial experience within the financial services sector. During her tenure at the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission, she undertook a pivotal role in supervising and authorising financial firms, ensuring their compliance with AML/CFT/CPF requirements. Tamara was involved in the drafting of the 2023 National Risk Assessment and the revision of GFSC’s AML/CFT Guidance Notes. In a previous role, she was a Fund Admin Associate at a local financial firm, where she oversaw the onboarding and management of investors across various EIFs and private funds.

Tamara is an alumnus of Leeds Beckett University, where she obtained an LLB (Hons) Law Degree in 2020. She furthered her education by completing a MA in Law in 2021 and the Post-Graduate Diploma in Professional Legal Practice in 2022 at the University of Law.
