Sheldon has been a business practitioner in top international law firms in New York, Toronto and Tel Aviv. His expertise is in financial services, technology, securities and venture capital, representing clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to start-ups aspiring to join their ranks. He is a member of both the Hassans’ FinTech and Funds teams.
A frequent conference panelist, Sheldon has taught courses about the commercialisation of technology at The New York Academy of Sciences (World Trade Center). He is admitted to the Bars of Ontario, New York and Israel, and holds degrees in economics and law from the University of Toronto and the University of Windsor, respectively.
