Kyanne joined Hassans in September 2024 as a Trainee Barrister undertaking her first seat in the Corporate and Commercial Department, where she currently assists the Online Gaming & Gambling Law team led by Andrew Montegriffo and Louise Federico. She has offered support to B2B and B2C clients on regulatory and licencing matters. In addition, she has worked on a wide range of legal issues including corporate structuring, acquisitions as well as financing and investment transactions.
Owing to the activity in the gaming space, Kyanne’s practice frequently extends to general elements of private client work where she advises and assists on domicile issues, securing work permits and the setting up of trusts.
After graduating with a first class honours in Law LLB from the University of Liverpool in 2023, Kyanne completed the Bar Practice Course at the University of Law in 2024. Subsequently, she was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Middle Temple.
