Kyanne is an Associate in Hassans’ Corporate and Commercial Department and forms part of the Gaming team. She advises B2B and B2C operators, Gambling Operator Support Service (GOSS) providers and other gaming sector clients on a broad range of regulatory, licensing, corporate and commercial matters, including Gibraltar’s gambling regulatory framework, licence applications, ongoing compliance, corporate structuring and transactions.

Kyanne has experience liaising with the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner and relevant policymakers, as well as advising on novel and developing areas of Gibraltar’s gambling regulatory framework.

Her work with gaming founders, shareholders and high net worth individuals also extends to private client matters. Kyanne assists clients with the establishment and structuring of Gibraltar based businesses, relocation and residence matters, trusts and other personal and family matters.

Kyanne joined Hassans in September 2024 as a Trainee Barrister. Prior to joining the firm, she graduated with First Class Honours in Law LLB from the University of Liverpool in 2023 and completed the Bar Practice Course at the University of Law in 2024. She was subsequently called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Middle Temple and thereafter, she was called to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Gibraltar.
