Johnny is an Associate at Hassans Corporate & Commercial team. He works with Senior Partner James Levy CBE KC across a broad spectrum of corporate, commercial, and private client matters.
Johnny joined Hassans in 2025, bringing with him a diverse legal background. Prior to joining the firm, he completed his training contract at a respected local law firm, where he focussed on both criminal and civil litigation. He also gained some valuable regulatory experience working at the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission.
Johnny began his academic journey with a first-class degree in Criminology and Law from London Metropolitan University. He subsequently completed the Graduate Diploma in Law at City St George’s, University of London, followed by the Bar Professional Training Course at BPP University in London.
In addition to his academic qualifications, Johnny holds the following certifications:
- Professional GACO Compliance Certificate;
- Professional Certificate of Competence in Gibraltar Law
- Professional Certificate of Competence in Gibraltar Financial Services
Johnny was called to the Bar of England and Wales in July 2021 by the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple. He was admitted and enrolled as a Barrister of the Supreme Court of Gibraltar in April 2025.
