Ian is a Consultant in the Litigation Department, specialising in clinical negligence and personal injury actions.
A graduate of Manchester and Bristol Universities, Ian is a solicitor in both England, where he was admitted in 1991, and Gibraltar, having been admitted in 2005.
He has extensive experience of high value and catastrophic personal injury cases as well as complex asbestos-related litigation claims against pharmaceutical companies and government. In addition, he has conducted a number of seven-figure clinical negligence claims against health authorities and NHS Trusts.”
