As part of the Property team, Emma’s practice area involves all areas of Property, assisting buyers and sellers in their property transactions, as well as landlords and management companies.  More recently Emma has been instructed by financial institutions and developers in relation to both commercial and residential transactions.

With an interest in Sports Law, Emma has previously represented the Gibraltar Football Association in Disciplinary Hearings.  She was previously a member of the Gibraltar Sports Advisory Council.  Emma has been the President of the Gibraltar Volleyball Association since 2013.  In October 2020 Emma was elected Board Member and subsequently appointed Vice-President of European Volleyball (CEV), a first for the jurisdiction. She is also a member of the development commission of the FIVB.

Emma graduated from The University of Kent at Canterbury and completed the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law in London.  As a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple, she was Called to the Bar of England and Wales, and in Gibraltar, in 2006.  Emma is also a member of the Parole Board, advising the Minister for Justice.
