David is a Trainee Solicitor currently undertaking his second seat in the firm’s Private Client department within Eli Beniso’s team. His work spans trust matters, corporate governance, and financing transactions. He previously completed his first seat in the Corporate & Commercial Department within Ian Felice’s team, gaining exposure to general corporate work and transactional documentation.
Before commencing his training contract, David worked as a paralegal at Wincent Capital Management, where he assisted with contract drafting, compliance processes and onboarding across the crypto and digital assets sector. He also has experience as a paralegal in Spain, supporting international clients in property, administrative and residency-based matters.
David holds an LLM in Legal Practice from BPP University, an LLM in International Economic Law from the University of Kent (BSIS), a Graduate Diploma in Law, and a BSc in Economics with Law. He is fluent in English, Spanish and German.
