Daniel Benaim is an Associate in Hassans’ Tax, Corporate & Commercial and Private Client teams.
He specialises in international tax planning, with a focus on high-value structured real estate and financing transactions. He also regularly advises high-net-worth individuals and family offices on the setup and ongoing maintenance of complex offshore trusts and underlying corporate holding structures.
Daniel graduated with an LLB(Hons) at the University of Manchester then completed the Legal Practice Course in BPP University where he passed with distinction.
He joined Hassans in 2016 before completing the professional certificate of competence in Gibraltar Law at the University of Gibraltar in 2017. Daniel was subsequently admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Gibraltar and enrolled as a Member of the Law Society in England & Wales in 2019.
Daniel is a member of the Managing Board of the Jewish Community, Gibraltar. He is also a passionate believer in community engagement and closely involved in youth work in the local Jewish community. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his young family.
