Alexis Gutierrez Luque joined the firm in 2006. He is a senior associate within the Spanish Department, based in Hassans’ Sotogrande office. He is an international tax lawyer and has worked for one of the big four firms.
He assists private clients in relation to their relocation to Spain and their investments in real estate transactions, providing high quality tax advice implementing different tax structures. His clients are from different jurisdictions (British, American, Israeli and Russian, amongst others). He represents high net worth individuals on their relocation to Spain and deals with tax inspections for individuals and companies. He also has wide experience on advising gaming companies based in Spain and has also given different seminars on Spanish tax implications for expatriates.
