Abigail joined the firm in 2003 and is a partner of the firm’s Corporate and Commercial team. She has a strong background in transactional work involving Gibraltar companies such as mergers and acquisition, joint ventures, corporate governance and financing transactions.

Abigail’s expertise is in private client matters, assisting high net worth individuals and families establish corporate structures, advising on residency matters, family business disputes (pre litigation) and family business governance frameworks. Abigail also assists clients with succession planning, estate planning and cross-border estate matters. In addition to the aforementioned matters, Abigail can also assist with Will drafting, execution of Wills, applications for grants of probate and letters of administration, administration of Estates, lasting Powers of Attorney and naturalisation.

Abigail graduated from University of Hertfordshire. She attended the Inns of Court School of Law as a member of Middle Temple. Abigail is an affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

She has completed the STEP Advanced Certificate in Advising Family Business and Family Business Governance obtaining distinctions in both.
