Gibraltar's insurance sector over the past 25 years

Gibraltar's first business and finance magazine, Gibraltar International, is celebrating its 25 year anniversary this year and in their latest issue, as part of the celebrations, Hassans' Yvonne Chu and InsureLaw's David Coupe - both experts in the insurance sector - have written a joint article, in particular on the evolution of directors duties on the insurance sector in Gibraltar and UK over the same period and consider what it could be like in the next 25 years.

The magazine in full is available to read online but you can view the article here.
