Led by Turkish law firm Ergün Avukatlık Bürosu (https://www.cergun.av.tr/ avuka) and published by Ergun Books, the guide offers readers a practical summary of the laws and practices governing project finance in several jurisdictions across the globe, providing an overview of the legislation and international treaties governing the project finance and highlights the security interests, incentives and restrictions related to project finance in each jurisdiction.

The guide also addresses certain technical areas related to project finance, such as taxation, environment and insurance, sheds light on financing Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, and discusses issues related to jurisdiction, immunity waivers, trends and projections in the field of project finance.
