M&A Comparative Guide 2022 launched.

The Hassans Corporate Tax team (Partners Tim Garcia and Matthew Torres, along with Consultant Michael Castiel and Associate James Noguera) have contributed to the 6th edition of the M&A Comparative Guide published by The Legal 500 today.

The aim of the guide is to provide its readers with a pragmatic overview of Merger & Acquisitions laws and regulations across a variety of jurisdictions. This year's edition covers 42 jurisdictions ranging from Australia to the United States - and everywhere in between!

Each chapter  provides information about market sectors, regulatory authorities, due diligence, deal protection, public disclosure, governing law, director duties and key influencing factors influencing M&A activity over the next two years.
