Hassans Partners Contribute to Global Project Finance and M&A Guides 2026.

Hassans' Partners Tim Garcia and Matthew Torres have provided this year's updates to Ergün Avukatlık Bürosu for the latest editions in their series of global law guides, contributing to both the Global Project Finance Guide and the Global M&A Guide.

Having first contributed to the inaugural Global Project Finance Guide 2023 (which covered 26 jurisdictions and was published in May 2023) and subsequently the Global M&A Guide in the same year, Tim and Matthew have continued their involvement by updating the firm’s contributions to both guides.

These publications offer readers practical overviews of the laws and practices governing project finance and M&A transactions across multiple jurisdictions worldwide, with contributions from further recognised experts in the field globally.

The comprehensive overviews of the legal and regulatory aspects of transactions in the relevant jurisdictions, together with detailed analysis of a wide range of topics, can be accessed using the links below.
