Sam graduated with a Business and Marketing Degree, followed by the Law Conversion and Legal Practice Course at BPP in Holborn, London. He qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales in November 2015. Sam is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales.
Sam joined Hassans in January 2014 after completing the first 6 months of his training contract in Solomon Taylor & Shaw in Hampstead, London and is now a Senior Associate in the firm’s Commercial and Private Client Department.
Sam’s practice consists mainly of general commercial and private client work, both local and international, including advising on the setting up of efficient offshore corporate and trust structures, contract drafting, tax planning and legal research. Sam is also a member of the Hassans’ FinTech team.
In his spare time, Sam dedicates himself to regularly playing 5 aside indoor football and is an avid Liverpool FC fan.
