Christopher specialises in international tax planning, trusts and private client services.
He regularly advises ultra high-net-worth individuals, trustees and family offices on the setup and ongoing maintenance of complex offshore trusts and underlying corporate holding structures.
An integral part of Christopher’s work involves the use of international tax and estate planning to facilitate wealth preservation, management and the free movement of capital. He is particularly experienced in advising clients on the tax aspects of international property-based projects and investments involving debt finance, joint ventures and/or co-ownership. Christopher has advised clients from the perspective of promoter, investor and asset manager.
Christopher read law at Oriel College, Oxford University, and subsequently completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in London. Prior to joining Hassans, Christopher interned at the Embassy of Mexico in Washington, D.C. as part of the Gibraltar Government’s Washington Center Program.
Christopher is a member of the Law Society and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and has been admitted to practice in England, Wales and Gibraltar since 2017.
