Hassans represent company in administration application

Partner Nigel Feetham QC, together with colleague Claire Pizzarello, appeared before the Supreme Court of Gibraltar on behalf of Quick-Sure Insurance Limited (the “Company”) on the 23 January 2020 in an application by the Company for an administration order.

Grant Jones and James Oton were appointed as joint administrators of the Company by the Gibraltar Supreme Court.

Nigel Feetham QC is a leading lawyer in the financial services sector in Gibraltar, having authored a substantial body of thought-leadership articles and chapters in industry publications, focusing principally on insurance, and has published the following industry titles: “A Guide to Insurance: Combining Governance, Compliance and Regulation”; “Protected Cell Companies: a guide to their implementation and use” and “Tax Arbitrage: The Trawling of the International Tax System.
