Nigel, a senior partner at Hassans, has worked with cell captives for almost 20 years and has become a global authority on the subject.
He is the co-author of “Protected Cell Companies: a Guide to their Implementation and Use” (Nigel Feetham and Grant Jones, Spiramus Press, 2010, 2nd edition) which was recently cited by the judge in PAC RE 5-AT v. AMTRUST NORTH AMERICA, INC., No. CV-14-131-BLG-CSO (D. Mont. May 13, 2015).
