Michael Castiel
Michael specialises in international tax, corporate and business law. Michael's expertise also extends to corporate restructuring, joint venture work, mergers and acquisitions, franchising law and insolvency, often advising both receivers and liquidators in high profile cases.
Michael regularly advises major US, Canadian and European multi-nationals on setting up innovative offshore structures and operations, as well as the structuring of cross-border transactions.
Having studied law at London University and at the Inns of Court School of Law, Michael was called to the English and Gibraltar Bar in 1993. In addition to his legal training and management and business administration qualifications, Michael also has eight years' UK industry experience.
