A partnership of experts

Interlaw is an expert, innovative and client-focussed team, formed by Hassans and led by Sir Peter Graham KCB QC and provides outstanding drafting services. Sir Peter was the first Parliamentary Counsel in London and now acts as our consultant and whilst a member of the Parliamentary Counsel Office, he was responsible for drafting over 100 Acts of Parliament, including the Finance Acts from 1982 to 1987.

He followed this role with two years as Consultant to the Office of the Attorney-General of Ireland, providing drafting help and advice to the Parliamentary Drafting Office in Dublin.

Interlaw’s team is also made up of James Levy QC, Senior Partner of Hassans, Tony Provasoli and Valerie Holliday, both Partners in Hassans financial services division.

Our services

Interlaw offers a comprehensive, efficient drafting service to governments and their agencies. We assist in-house drafting offices world-wide, both in specialist areas such as international finance and as an additional resource to relieve excessive workloads. We also have the depth of expertise to supervise drafting by other draftsmen.

Although we provide our services in English, we can receive instructions and discuss proposals regarding English common law and other legal systems, in a range of languages including French and Spanish.
